ECOBAT Logistics GmbH is the market leading collection company for waste batteries in Germany and the German service center of the ECOBAT OneCallCollection system.

EBL can collect any battery from anywhere in Germany, with guaranteed compliance. It has a wide-ranging service portfolio, covering consultancy, logistics, collection, transport, container management, storage, handling, dismantling and waste treatment.

ECOBAT Logistics also sells new automotive batteries and accumulators, effectively closing the recycling loop.

The company operates a ‘Just-In-Time’ service for both its collection customers and the smelting companies. This ensures timely and cost effective uplifts of waste batteries and accumulators, together with streamlined delivery of those materials for recycling to their German sister companies, the secondary lead smelters BSB and MRU.

All ECOBAT Logistics waste management facilities (EfbV) in Germany have been approved according to the Bundesimmissionsschutzgesetz (BImSchG, federal immission control act). In addition, they are subject to the guidelines of quality management according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
